A perfectly fine motel along the highway for a quick sleep over en type route to your destination. We stayed in family room 615. Clean, quiet, balcony with a nice view and sound of singing birds. Food and drinks are available in the Servways building with direct covered connection. For the price of 130 euro, it was just what we expected.

Firs of all I would like to thank you for the ladies at the check in, they were very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak German but they did speak a little English, this made the process much easier. The location is excellent, private parking at the hotel, service station next to the A3 autobahn. Rooms are very clean and very quiet so the good night sleep is guaranteed. Plenty of options for food at the service station. I will be back, that’s for sure. My favourite hotel if I’m travelling through Germany.

Room was spacious, one double bed and one bunk bed. Enough place for 4 people family. Balcony with forest view. You can barely hear highway. It's close to gas station so you can buy whatever you need. Just keep in mind that they don't have raisers.

Tthe location was amazing, literally a minute from the A3! We could park a car and a van with a trailer comfortably and safely, which was a bit of a worry and probably not possible with most hotels… We were very pleased with the fact that check in was possible any time of the day and we could bring our cat into the hotel with us. There is absolutely no noise even though it is next to the motorway. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us! Two thumbs up for Serways Hotel Heiligenroth!!!

It is a great place to stay if you travelling on the highway - it can be easily reached from both directions, there is a Burger king which stays open late, and a shop to stock up for the next day's travel. The room was comfortable, and the hotel has a private car park so you don't have to use the less secure car park in the rest area. The room was very well soundproofed, we didn't heard anything from the highway right next to us.

Very conveniently located next to the autobahn but will insulated from any traffic noise. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Although it was set up as a sort of fast food establishment my breakfast, specifically requested, was excellent.
